Its RPK who's a coward with no testicles...
Alibaba Jack Ma - Raja Petra Kamarudin RPK - Lawsuit Letter
Raja Petra “Kowtow” To  Jack Ma,
Removes Article After Lawsuit Threat...

Raja Petra Kamarudin (RPK), the owner of the Malaysia Today portal, has immediately removed an article titled “Jack Ma slaps Pakatan Harapan” upon receiving an official letter to cease and desist from Alibaba Group. The letter bearing Alibaba letterhead and dated March 28, 2019, was signed by Albert Liu, VP and Deputy General Counsel of the billion-dollar company.

According to the letter, the fugitive who currently residing in Manchester, England, has been accused of  lying and defaming its chairman Jack Ma over a non-existent meeting between the billionaire and Malaysian Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng and his special adviser Tony Pua in Hong Kong. RPK was given until April 1 to respond, but the blogger had wasted no time in removing the article.

RPK, a well-known blogger who was also a mercenary of disgraced former Prime Minister Najib Razak, was threatened with legal action after he falsely claimed that Chinese billionaire Ma, whose net worth is at a staggering US$38.6 billion (Forbes), told Mr. Lim and Mr. Pua that China no longer trusts Malaysia because the government was said to not honour agreements.

The fugitive blogger wrote – “I have taken down that article and promise never to repeat that story.” But the defiant RPK refused to kowtow to the Chinese billionaire without some spins and twists to claim credits. Raja Petra claimed to be honoured that Jack Ma had written to him, the second tycoon to do so after Robert Kuok – proving that he is too relevant that powerful people care about what he writes.

Sure, how difficult it is to defame and lie about powerful people and get letters of lawsuit. Try to write about British Prime Minister Theresa May bribing Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel or French President Emmanuel Macron and see whether you can still live happily in Manchester.

Alibaba Lawsuit Letter To RPK

Interestingly, RPK lectured Jack Ma that if the lawsuit goes to the court, the Chinese billionaire will need to prove he did not have any meeting with Lim Guan Eng and Tony Pua. But the blogger, who alleged the meeting took place, need not prove anything. Yet, Raja Petra had chosen to chicken out and retracts his article anyway.

Of course, this is not the first time the notorious blogger had written fake stories about the rich and powerful, and retracted his articles after being slapped with threats of lawsuits. As mercenary of Najib Razak, RPK was engaged last year, about three months before the May general election to tarnish the reputation of Robert Kuok, Malaysia’s richest man.

Billionaire Kuok, whose current net worth is US$13.2 billion, was accused of trying to overthrow the Najib government, an act of treason and a serious threat to the national security. The tycoon was accused, without proof, of funding, then-opposition DAP (Democratic Action Party) in an effort to provoke racial conflicts between the ethnic Chinese and Malays in the country.

Nazri Aziz, former Tourism and Culture Minister, was also roped in to attack the 94-year-old Kuok. Nazri had challenged the “Sugar King” Kuok to contest in the coming general election. Mr. Nazri, known for this thuggish behaviour and poor upbringing, also called the Hong Kong-based tycoon a “coward with no testicles” – even demanded Kuok to surrender his Malaysian citizenship.

Najib Razak, then prime minister, had condemned Robert Kuok of being ungrateful for allegedly funding the opposition, arguing that it was the government who gave the billionaire the concession to trade sugar in the country. Hence, based on Najib’s logic, Kuok must be forever be the slave of UMNO Malay nationalist party.

Robert Kuok Hock Nien

Amusingly, it would take a simple lawsuit from Kuok to silence the despicable trio Najib, Nazri and Raja Petra. The threat of the lawsuit saw RPK obediently removed three articles from his portal, Malaysia Today, in March 2018. It’s both breathtaking and entertaining to read how RPK bragged that powerful Chinese tycoons care about what he writes.

With planeloads of money, both Jack Ma and Robert Kuok could hire truckloads of Queen’s Counsel in UK to sue and bankrupt Raja Petra Kamarudin. If RPK dared not even fight Robert Kuok in a Malaysian Kangaroo (or British) court when Najib still walks the corridors of power, what chances are there to fight a billionaire three times richer like Jack Ma in a British court?

Last October, the same RPK was forced to eat humble pie after he mocked and insulted the sacred headgear of the Sikh community. He was shocked and terrified at the retaliation shown by the minority community in Britain, after the blogger launched his racist remark regarding their “turban” in an article published on Sept 26 – entitled “Amar Singh’s Turban Must Be Too Tight”.

The long and short of the article suggested that Mr. Amar, then the federal Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) Director Commissioner, couldn’t think straight because the blood didn’t flow to the brain, an insult and ridicule that aren’t only “racist” but a declaration of war against the entire Sikh community.

Raja Petra’s article, written to defend Najib Razak after the seizure of RM117 million cash together with RM1 billion worth of 12,000 pieces of jewellery in the former premier’s children luxury condominium, also suggested that the Singhs were untrustworthy – accusing that Amar Singh was as treacherous as Gandhi’s bodyguards.

In his apology article to the Sikh community, Raja Petra admitted that police reports, not to mention threats, had been made against him. Of course, to save face, he wrote – “I was told a Sikh’s turban is a very sacred item and they do not take too kindly to anyone making fun of it. For that I would like to sincerely apologise.” - FT

- MD

Why Nurul is wrong...
Image may contain: 5 people

1. It was disingenuous (hypocritical) of Permatang Pauh MP Nurul Izzah Anwar to tell Singapore’s Straits Times that she was “broken hearted” at having to work with “a former dictator (Mahathir) who wreaked so much damage, not just on our lives but the system”.

2. Perhaps not many would want to work with Mahathir, but those who do work with him, including the people, do so because they remember the state of the nation before Pakatan Harapan (PH) took over federal power last year.

3. Let us remind ourselves how we got to this situation, where a 93-year-old man had to come out of retirement to serve the nation once more. Who else could have kicked out Barisan Nasional and Najib Razak?

4. Anwar could not have done it on his own. The charismatic Anwar is best known for his oratory and his close ties with the Muslim brotherhood, but he can’t even control the infighting in his party, PKR.

5. Lim Guan Eng could not have done it on his own, either. His party, DAP, has been demonised for decades by Umno and Malay extremists. In a way, Mahathir working with Lim as the finance minister goes some way in repairing the damage for which he is also partly responsible.

6. PAS under Abdul Hadi Awang has little hope of uniting Malaysians. Even if Nik Aziz were still alive, PAS would have gained little traction with the public. Today, PAS hopes to align itself with Umno, using race and religion, to conquer Putrajaya.

7. Even Umno’s Oxford-educated Khairy Jamaluddin, a prime minister-hopeful, failed to recognise the signs of a failing party, a broken economy and a suffering people.

Image may contain: 1 person, text

8. Remember, too, that it was Nurul Izzah who allegedly chased after Mahathir when he was in London. Together, they initiated the first steps to form PH and to use the PKR logo for GE14.

9. No one who is lazy or who leaves homework undone should ever attempt to work with Mahathir. Those who are close to him tell me that he is a workaholic. He starts his meetings on time. He goes through the list of items to be discussed with hardly a break. He conducts spot checks. He makes do with little sleep, and he can be a pain when he micro-manages.

10. In his earlier days, when he had a clinic in Alor Setar, Mahathir used to give free treatment for the poor. In the villages, the Malays adore him and many Felda townships welcomed PH canvassers during GE14 when previously they would have been turned away.

11. Neither should anyone forget that Mahathir was the architect of the modern Malaysia we inherited: from the tips of the skyscrapers dominating the Kuala Lumpur skyline to the depths of depravity of the Ketuanan Melayu ideology.

12. Many households in villages are the proud owners of Protons, but on the other hand, those who benefited from the AP system live a life of luxury that few of us can even dream of.

13. When Nurul Izzah said the “former dictator” had “wreaked damaged on Malaysians and on the system”, she did not mention that her father was also part of the problem. Ask any Malaysian who was in school or university in the 1980s about Anwar’s role in the Islamisation of Malaysia.

14. Today, a well-travelled, well-read and well-informed Mahathir has probably realised the mess he created through the imposition of race and religion. In order to preserve his legacy, he knows that he must put things right.

15. Mahathir is aware that ours is a complex nation because past policies have polarised people and forced them to live separate lives. Their children are sent to separate schools, they live in separate housing estates and work in separate fields. Most Malays join the civil service while the rest enter the private sector. Religion is not a unifying factor, and race-based parties compound the division.

16. When he came to power last May, Mahathir wrote to the Agong requesting the removal of Apandi Ali as attorney-general. Apandi was replaced by constitutional expert Tommy Thomas. Thomas was the unanimous choice of all PH leaders, and his appointment, it was hoped, would reassure the business world and the international community and show that PH means business and is serious about reforms.

17. Mahathir is also aware of how far Umno leaders have let things slide since he left office nearly two decades ago. He understands the fragility of the situation and knows that if he introduces a slew of reforms overnight and does too much in one go, he risks alienating Malay support.

18. Remember, too, that many Malays in the civil service are still loyal to Najib. They undermine the current administration. How can they be weeded out? They are not going to expose themselves. Nurul Izzah, of all people, should understand that.

19. Instead of giving up, she should have helped with the effort. She knows that if Najib were still in power, none of the changes made over the past 10 months would have happened. If Malaysians gave up as easily as that, we would never have achieved the success of May 9, 2018. Our work of rebuilding Malaysia is only half-finished. Democracy is not accomplished as soon as the election is over.

20. We still have a lot of work to do to unite Malaysians and to move past racism and religious intolerance. Giving up now because of one man who is in a hurry but who has to work with inadequate tools shows a lack of moral fibre. - MM

Akhiqnya PAS pikoi juga biawak hidup...

4. Kata - kata Tuan Guru Nik Aziz ( Alfatihah ) ketika mengunjungi beliau di Rumah Kelantan di Jalan Stonor , Kuala Lumpur masih terpahat dalam ingatan.

"Ingat Encik Tamrin , UMNO bila lemah cari kita ( PAS ), bila kuat dia tendang kita”.

Image result for hadi pikul biawak hidup

11. Ibarat 'Tinggal Nyawa - Nyawa Ikan' sahaja kini UMNO TERPAKSA menebalkan muka melutut kepada musuh asalnya, PAS bagi tujuan mendapat bekalan oksigen.

18. Itulah sebabnya tanpa berlengah Mat Hassan dalam keadaan terburu - buru mengumumkan perkahwinan UMNO dan PAS ( sila lihat video ).

19. Mengikut Timbalan Presiden PAS , Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man , UMNOlah yang sebenarnya bersungguh - sungguh mahukan kerjasama itu.

- Tamrin Tun Ghafar

Najib's trial may start soon...
Image may contain: 2 people, people smiling, hat

The Federal Court has set aside a stay order on the trial of former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak over the money laundering charges involving SRC International Sdn Bhd. The Kuala Lumpur High Court will have to set a date for the highly anticipated trial which should have begun on Feb 11, but was delayed pending the disposal of several appeals by the accused.

Today, a seven-member Federal Court bench, led by Chief Justice Richard Malanjum, unanimously ruled that the stay order issued by the Court of Appeal last week was invalid.

"We are of the view that the (Court of Appeal) had no jurisdiction (to do so)," said Malanjum, who read out the decision.

The decision was made after the judges heard submissions from both Najib's counsel Harvinderjit Singh and Attorney-General Tommy Thomas. After Malanjum read the decision, Harvinderjit made an oral application to the Federal Court for a stay order on the proceeding until next Thursday, citing Section 80 of the Courts Judicature Act.

The lawyer said he applied for a stay until the date, which had been fixed for another hearing on appeals by both the prosecution and defence counsels over Court of Appeal's decisions on four matters pertaining to the case. However, this application was dismissed by Malanjum, saying that there was no basis for the application.

Meanwhile, veteran lawyer V Sithambaram, who is a member of the prosecution team, told reporters outside the court that they would be writing to the Kuala Lumpur High Court as soon as possible to set a date for the SRC trial's case management. The High Court would decide on the trial dates during the case management.

"Now the stay at Court of Appeal has been set aside. So it means there is no impediment for the trial to start.

"The order of the (federal) court is for us to contact the High Court registry for the purpose of fixing a case management date, and fixing trial dates, so we will be doing it immediately," he said.

He said that April 3 had been previously set for the trial's case management, but the prosecution plans to request for an earlier date as "the case had been dragged for long". The case management date could be as early as tomorrow or Friday, said Sithambaram.

However, when asked if it is possible for the trial to start by this week, he replied in the negative saying that it would be too short to issue subpoena to witnesses, among others. Last week, a three-member Court of Appeal in Kuala Lumpur allowed an application by Harvinderjit to stay the SRC International hearing.

Harvinderjit made the application after the apellate court dismissed Najib's three out of four appeals, namely to have a gag order against the media from discussing his case, wanting more documents to the case, and questioning the transfer of the case from the Sessions Court to the High Court. Following the stay order, the Attorney-General's Chambers had also filed their appeal with the Federal Court to seek for it to be lifted. - mk

Semalam "BOSMU" hari ini
MP BNPAS pula kantoi...

1. Ketua Setiausaha Perbendaharaan Ahmad Badri Mohd Zahir (pengerusi)
2. Setiausaha Bahagian Syarikat Pelaburan Kerajaan Rashidah Mohd Sies
3. Pengarah Pelaburan Hartanah Bumiputera Bhd Mohd Shukri Hussin
4. Timbalan Setiausaha Fiskal Dan Ekonomi Mohd Hassan Ahmad
5. Ketua Seksyen Bahagian Fiskal Dan Ekonomi Imri Dolhadi Ab Wahab

UiTM Defends UM Students...

In a surprise twist, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) becomes the first public university that came to the defence of six students of Universiti Malaya (UM), after the undergraduates were intimidated, bullied, assaulted and beaten by a pack of UMNO gangsters unleashed by former Prime Minister Najib Razak on March 21.

Six students of University Malaya were just trying to exercise their constitutional right to assembly and freedom of expression. Their peaceful mini demonstration, however, took a dramatic turn when a big cut-out of a caricature of the former premier as a clown was seen as an insult, so much so Najib’s gangsters immediately launched their assault on the students.

Western countries may be puzzled and baffled on how a former Malaysian leader could be offended by such pettiness. Leaders such as Barack Obama and Donald Trump had seen worst caricatures. But we’re talking about Najib Razak, the crook who still wanted to be worshipped and praised, even after his corrupt regime was brought down about 10 months ago.

Najib is the same sissy who was deeply “traumatised” after dance producer Bilqis Hijjas dropped a few yellow balloons at a 2015 event attended by him and his spendthrift wife, Rosmah Mansor. The words “Free Media”, “Democracy”, “Justice” on the yellow balloons were seen as insulting for Mr. Najib, leading to Bilqis being charged in court.

Amusingly, despite the Najib regime in control of judicial system, Magistrates’ Court found the prosecution of Bilqis Hijjas to be too ridiculous and silly that the lower court had thrown out the case – twice (in 2016 and 2017) – only for judges of High Court instructed to reject the acquittals. The High Court finally freed the dancer last year after a change of government.

University Malaya Student Protest Crooked Najib - Attacked by Lokman and UMNO Gangsters 2
Attacked by Lokman and UMNO Gangsters

The assault on the university students was so bad that Minister of Education, Dr Maszlee Malik, had condemned Najib’s thuggish supporters as “thugs, extremist and terrorist”. UMNO supreme council member Lokman Noor Adam, who happens to be Najib’s strongest supporter and loudest cheerleader, had snatched the caricature and furiously tore it into pieces like a mad man.

One of Najib’s thugs had even held University Malaya Association of New Youth president Wong Yan Ke in a reverse chokehold and grabbed his hair and hit him. The gangsters’ attack was well recorded by Malaysiakini journalists. As their hooliganism was exposed, Lokman flashed the racial card, claiming that the students deserved the beatings for “insulting the Malays”.

For a short while, it appeared the victims of the attacks could only huff and puff about the injustice in the country, despite the change of government last May. The Royal Malaysia Police under the leadership of Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Mohamad Fuzi Harun seems to have thrown their support behind Najib’s gangsters, extremists and terrorists.

Instead of arresting and charging the UMNO thugs, the police have instead questioned the university students for the possibility of provoking Najib. Exactly what type of grass the police force has been smoking lately? They were paid by taxpayers’ to protect the victims, not defending the gangsters who charged toward six students holding placards and caricature.

Adding salt to the injury, Home Minister Muhyiddin Yassin appears to be sleeping on the job, or at least pretending to be clueless about the assaults on the university students. After all, why should the racist minister, famously known as “Malay first, Malaysian second”, gives a damn about the naughty undergraduates, all of whom are of Chinese ethnicity?

University Malaya VC, Abdul Rahim Hashim

But the worse soon emerged as even the vice-chancellor of University Malaya, Abdul Rahim Hashim, sided with the UMNO gangsters instead of protecting his own students. The disgraced Abdul Rahim agreed that the students were wrong to use the clown caricature of Najib Razak as it was considered “provocation”. Perhaps he should be sacked for having “IQ of a carrot”.

Understandably, Abdul Rahim Hashim was appointed Universiti Malaya vice-chancellor on Oct 31, 2017, under the old corrupt Barisan Nasional coalition government. He is supposed to serve until Oct 31, 2020. Clearly, he was one of 17,000 political appointees of the previous Najib regime who perhaps believe that his old boss could make a comeback as prime minister again.

Even if the caricature was provocative, which is not for many people who despise the corrupt Najib, there was nothing wrong. Placards and banners are supposed to be provocative in any rally or demonstration to send its message across. To effectively criticise certain individuals or policies, images and words that carry provocative and hilarious messages are normal around the world.

Yesterday (March 24), Maszlee said all public university administrators should have condemned the attack against the students, criticising those that responded vaguely to the incident. The Education Minister who experienced similar students’ protest against him previously, was clearly not impressed with the vice-chancellor of University Malaya’s loyalty for the crooked Najib.

But all is not lost. UiTM,  the flagship institution of the Universiti Teknologi Mara System, the largest system of higher education in Malaysia whose policy is to admit only Malay and Bumiputera (sons of soils) students, refuses to subscribe to Mr. Gangster Lokman’s twisted racism that the Chinese students of University Malaya deserved to be bashed for insulting a Malay (Najib Razak).

As a powerful university that educates over 175,000 students, the vice-chancellor of UiTM, Prof Dr Mohd Azraai Kassim has today thrown the much needed support for the six bullied UM undergraduates. Appointed as the new vice-chancellor of UiTM last month, Prof Dr Mohd Azraai said his university wholly rejected attempts to silence students’ freedom of expression, especially through the use of physical violence.

Iconic Clown Caricature Of Najib Razak - Painting On Wall
Iconic Clown Caricature Of Najib Razak

He said – “Violence is not only beyond social norms and democracy, but it is also against the values of the Malay-Muslim community that is rich in civility and manners, not to mention violating the country’s laws. For UiTM, violence is never the way to resolve differences of opinions or ideology, and has no place on any of our campuses.”

Agreed with Education Minister Maszlee, Prof Azraai said not only UiTM firmly rejected such violence, he also urges the authorities to fully investigate and take the appropriate action against those involved in the attack on the students. Essentially, UiTM has openly questioned not only the police’s professionalism, but also ridiculed Lokman’s, and Najib for the matter, pathetic and poor upbringing.

Najib and his cheer-lady Lokman must have underestimated the impact of their gangsterism on the students, considering the crowd size and ethnicity. As a university with 21 affiliated colleges and 13 branch campuses set up across the country offering 312 programmes, UiTM’s support for the UM students obviously broke the racial barriers when comes to freedom of expression.

Perhaps Najib and his minions have forgotten that the guy who created the clown caricature was a Malay named Fahmi Reza. And like dance producer Bilqis Hijjas, Mr. Fahmi’s famous and influential caricature was feared by Najib. The graphic designer was prosecuted and convicted by a corrupt judge, but was freed last October thanks to the collapse of Najib regime.

The voice of support from UiTM is particularly important because the Malay largest institution of higher learning is sending a message to the UMNO party that violence and thuggery cannot be easily legitimized using racial card. UiTM’s support, instead of elegant silence, for the Chinese students of UM speaks volumes about its utmost disgust of excessive racism and extremism displayed by UMNO. - FT

BossMu cuba jual aset negara
sebelum PRU14...

Wawancara,The Straits Times,Singapore

Kita perlu hormat konsensus apa diputuskan PH.

- f/bk

Losing Nurul Izzah to principles...
Image may contain: 2 people, closeup

Three months ago, Nurul Izzah (above) resigned as PKR vice-president and relinquished her posts as PKR Penang chief and other government appointments. Yesterday, she quit the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee. And a few years from now, she will end her final term as Member of Parliament.

She did all of this for principles.

This is unusual for Malaysian politics. Most of the time, when the government or party makes a decision that is not agreeable, most politicians would choose to compromise their own principle instead of compromising their positions.

Their calculations are that their positions have substantial power and influence, besides a huge salary. So, by keeping their heads low and wavering on certain principles, they’d be able to maintain status quo unnoticed.

Worse, when our politicians are ridden with an embarrassing scandal, they would still adopt the same strategy of keeping silent and keeping positions.

For example, the fake degree scandal only stayed in the public’s eye for a week, and all the ministers, deputy ministers, menteri besar, and state executive councillors involved have continued holding their positions unscathed.

If even a scandal you are personally involved in is not enough to hurt your pride, then nothing really will.

The kids are watching

The implicit message in all of this is that there is no baseline integrity in the people who hold power - and everything can be compromised.

Some people may think that “principle” is an oversold commodity that is unrealistic and undependable. Smartness in the modern world means evaluating what is beneficial and what is costly, and the consideration of principle seems burdensome and unnecessary.

Therefore, some may feel that the unprincipled decisions and compromises the government made is no big deal. I am more inclined to believe these decisions will affect how our future generation sees government and society.

Because the kids are always watching.

All it takes is for a parent to say at the dinner table that “Wow, you can fake a degree and still be a minister” for this to register in the children’s DNA. Although that will not compel the children to fake a degree, it will create a generation that is comfortable with shortcuts, lies and deceptions.

Nurul Izzah's path less travelled

That is why I hope the story of Nurul Izzah would help us a little. We can now tell our children there is someone who has a glaringly hopeful political and administrative career, a household name, and a rich history that gives her a sense – but who still chooses the path less travelled.

Nurul Izzah could have just waited her turn by keeping silent about all the ills that she saw, or she could have just cosied up to the government and be offered something compatible with her standing.

But she has chosen to forgo all of that in return for the stability of conscience. In that is a belief that there is right and wrong in this world, and the guiding force is the stubborn feeling that will not just simply accept everything that comes our way without putting up a fight.

When there is a mass defection from Umno to Bersatu, you have a choice to adopt double standards or you could choose to call it out before the ills of the past become the ills of today.

When there is slowness in reforms to alleviate the economic lives of the masses, you have a choice to adopt a wait-and-see position, or you could sound an alarm for the government to treat the matter with urgency.

When the PAC chief has defected and is now no longer an opposition member, you have a choice to say that this is not an election promise or you could say enough is enough.

You could treat these events as separate and criticise them individually and quietly, but the cumulative nature of these events would also weigh heavily on you, make you question the strength and importance of your principles.

The story to tell

What Nurul Izzah has done may be pedestrian in countries where there is a high premium attached to political integrity and public shame. But it is precisely because the environment here is antithetical that makes Nurul Izzah’s decision all the more impressive.

Around Chinese New Year, my 15-year-old cousin pointed to the news and told me all the ministers were dumb because they had no degrees. He told me his father said, to be a minister, you just have to kiss enough hands to rise to the top.

Of course, my cousin was wrong and his father had over-generalised. But such claims are not too far from reality, and the highest office violating principles would have a toxic element that influences our next generation.

We have the story of Nurul Izzah to tell, so that when we tell our kids that public office must be pursued with principles of honesty and integrity, they could believe us.- James Chai

In the end you gave it up my dear girl,Nurul, what a waste of talent!
Politics never meant be a bed of roses. Fight back, will you? Keep on fighting dear...

Ahli politik wajar berani, berani kerana benar.

- mk
